Our Services

Off-Site Supervised Visitations

Off-site supervised visitation allows parents and children to spend quality time together in community settings while under the supervision of a trained visitation monitor. These visits take place at agreed-upon public locations such as parks, restaurants, libraries, or other family-friendly venues.

The goal is to provide a safe, structured, and neutral environment where the child can maintain or rebuild a relationship with the non-custodial parent while ensuring their well-being at all times.

At Continuity Visitation Services, our monitors are professionally trained to observe interactions, ensure compliance with court orders, and intervene only when necessary to protect the safety and emotional security of the child. Detailed observation notes are documented for each visit, which can be provided to attorneys, courts, or other involved parties upon request.

Benefits of Off-Site Visits:

  • More natural and relaxed setting for parent-child interaction

  • Encourages normalcy in family routines and bonding

  • Offers flexibility in scheduling and location (as approved)

  • Always supervised to maintain the child’s safety

Off-site visitation is available when authorized by the court or agreed upon by both parties. All visits must comply with any legal restrictions or guidelines outlined in the visitation order.

Monitored Exchanges

Monitored Exchanges are designed to ensure safe and neutral transitions of children between parents or guardians during custody exchanges. At Continuity Visitation Services, our trained staff supervises the exchange process to reduce conflict and stress, creating a secure environment for all parties involved—especially the children.

Monitored Exchanges typically take place at a designated neutral location and help prevent direct contact between parents when necessary. This service is especially beneficial in high-conflict custody situations, cases involving protective orders, or when the court mandates a third party to oversee the exchange.

Our goal is to provide consistency, safety, and peace of mind by maintaining a structured and respectful process during every exchange.
